[Wooop, up he goes... his talon feet pedal in the air for a moment, before latching onto Raven's shoulders. With Stability, 'standing' on Raven made him impossible to throw off - and light enough that he could stand on a falling petal, the water's surface.

[his wings flap a few times, and between that and verticality, raven is rising high in no time; he flies them out into the forest over the tops of the trees]

[This is awesome actually, especially since Nero can actually feel the wind beneath his wings, tousling his feathers as though he were gliding under his own power. More than once he flaps with Raven, as though it'd do anything to actually help fly.

Excitement catches in his throat, and he has to swallow it down to cry out,]

[raven can't help but be charmed, and he flaps his wings harder so they can ascend further, going faster and faster so the wind whips in their faces and makes his hair fly back]

[God, he really feels like a little kid again - riding on the back of his dad(?)... and in the thrill of the moment, there's no space to feel stupid or awkward about it. As they get higher and faster, he huddles up against Raven's back with wings outspread, gleeful - hollering with bright laughter.

God, he loves flying.]

[Nero holds on tight, nestled flush against him as the wind whips past his face. He's smiling so wide his face hurts, and he can't stop - he wouldn't want to, for anything.]
