[when he comes, it's with a breathless, muffled cry into his own hand, head a swirling mess of feelings, but the anxiety and fear has almost been completely drowned out, and he's just riding a sea of endorphins and desire]

[holding him through it, making soft, encouraging noises, still stroking him until it seems like it will overwhelm.]

[he finally goes limp, all tension drained out of him, and his arms drop to his sides. eyelids fluttering, he turns his head to noah and kisses his lips, perhaps uncharacteristically soft and sweet]

[it's cute. raven is cute. noah kisses him back, languid, entirely here for it. he simply hadn't wanted to push what may be considered a line, but if raven is kissing him he has noooo complaints.]

[sighs into noah's lips, content to just kiss and luxuriate in the afterglow for a while. maybe if he gets lost in feeling good, he won't panic about what happened]

[eventually raven finds it in him to speak, quiet and soft, as he brushes his knuckles along noah's cheek]

"Drink to me only with thine eyes, and I will pledge with mine... or leave a kiss but in the cup... and I'll not look for wine."

[oh noooo. so cute. don't laugh, no matter how charmed and well-meaning! raven seems kind of vulnerable, so be gentle.

he is, however, smiling.]

I'm only saying them because I... don't have the words of my own to express... everything.

Words are difficult beasts at the best of times, and we cannot all be poets. I think some creative borrowing is suitable enough.

[he was a bard. he is very good at it.]

Hmm. Well, hopefully you shall not mind something terribly depressing. It has been stuck in my head recently.

[he sits up. let's get some dragonsong up in here. his voice is clear and lovely tenor, and he was definitely understating his singing skill before.]

[listening closely, intently, and when the song crescendos, it actually steals his breath for a moment--he didn't realize how captivated he was by being sung to]

[when the song ends, he smiles and reaches to stroke Raven's hair gently.]
